TERMS & CONDITIONS
HIGH SEASON: AUSTRALIAN SCHOOL AND PUBLIC HOLIDAYS
PAYMENT RULES: $300 will be charged at time of booking. Balance payable for High Season 30 days prior to arrival.
CANCELLATION: If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival – $50 administration fee charged, balance refunded to prepayment credit card.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no show – 100% of booking will be charged.
LOW SEASON – ALL OTHER TIMES
PAYMENT RULES: $300 will be charged at time of booking. Balance payable for Low Season 14 days prior to arrival.
CANCELLATION: If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival – $50 administration fee charged, balance refunded to prepayment credit card.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no show – 100% of booking will be charged
All credit card payments incur a surcharge fee of 2%. Any surcharge applied to credit cards at the time payment for the booking is made will not be refunded.
UPON ARRIVAL:
Balance payable for High Season 30 days prior to arrival.
Balance payable for Low Season 14 days prior to arrival.
Security Pre-Authorisation – a credit card is provided for security & incidental purposes, a pre-authorisation amount is held on the card of $300 (this will be held for 7-10 days then will simply lapse), this must be a credit card.
If a credit card is unavailable we will require a cash bond of $300, this will be returned by cheque after check-out.
Photo identification – copy of licence for security and identification purposes. The credit card and ID must be in the same name as the guest’s name on the original booking confirmation.
LATE ARRIVAL:
If you are arriving outside reception hours or on a Sunday (Reception is open: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, Saturday 9am-12noon, closed Sunday) please contact us on 07 5538 7222 to make arrangements for key collection.
HOUSEKEEPING:
We have a NON SMOKING policy on all accommodation levels and common areas. A $200 fee will be charged to guests account for non compliance of this house rule. We do our utmost to allocate the unit requested however we CANNOT guarantee a particular unit.
