Family-friendly – Quiet rooms – Spacious rooms!
We absolutely loved the location, not far from coffee and the stay at the Viscount!
Walking distance to the centre of Surfers and Broadbeach. Everything we need not far.
With access to the pool and beach on repeat, we will be back!

Absolute Beachfront

We just spent 7 glorious nights in a 3 bedroom apartment. These apartments are absolute beachfront, nothing separating you from the amazing view! The room was very spacious and clean and the pool space is great. Amber the manager is amazing and very accommodating. Our time at Viscount on the Beach was wonderful and we will definitely be back next year.

Stayed here recently with our 3-year-old son! Ground floor, 2 bedroom apartment with courtyard and absolute beachfront – perfect for our stay. Great location & amenities.

Perfect location

Such a beautiful perfect location. We have just left unit 2. It was totally beachfront with a pool at our doorstep. Beds were comfortable, unit was clean, hosts were terrific. Had our own car park, my girls used the spa on rooftop. Everything was amazing. This will now be my go to place whenever I head to Gold Coast which we do a few times a year. This unit will not disappoint!!

Absolutely fantastic place to stay!

Beautiful 3 bedroom apartment on the beach with everything you could possibly want. The manager: Amber is great and so helpful, my grandchildren had a wonderful time in the pool and roof top spa. The BBQ area on roof top with great views down to Coolangatta and up to Surfers is a great place to socialise. I can give 5 stars and highly recommend.

Wonderful property

Hi, I am Mansi. We stayed for 3 nights 4 days in the property. My in laws came from India and we booked this property for them. It is indeed a beautiful property. We loved our stay. The sunrise was the cherry on the cake. We loved the comfortable beds, blankets and the spacious apartment. The pool was clean and pleasant. All the rooms had an ocean view which makes the property even more liveable and enjoyable. We will always book the same property. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this to anyone. Thanks for having us.

Another great stay

This is my third visit to Viscount and I would not hesitate to recommend to others. I have stayed in both two and three bedroom apartments and they are spacious and have full kitchen and laundry which is good when you want to stay in. The beds are very comfortable and the location is perfect for the beach, dining out, shopping and just soaking up the sun on the balcony (all rooms have a balcony facing the ocean). I will definitely stay on my next visit to the Gold Coast!

Literally absolute beach front

Wonderful location, friendly staff and great amenities. This place is literally absolute beach front. Very large rooms, perfect for a family with kids, or multiple couples. Everything a family needs on a getaway. Will be staying again for sure!

Far exceeded expectations after our stay at the Viscount. Fabulous location, direct access to the beach, stunning views from the rooftop and very handy to either Surfers or Broadbeach.

Amazing stay at Viscount

Viscount is an amazing place to stay on the Gold Coast. Direct beach access (no roads to cross), a heated pool, and a rooftop spa – all made it just perfect for our family holiday.

A huge shout out to Amber. She was lovely to deal with, very flexible and understanding, and nothing was too much trouble for her.

I can’t recommend this place enough. Thank you!

Loving Viscount since 1996

First trip to the gold coast with the family in 1996 and stay here two to three times a year since.

Great accommodation, spa, pool, sauna, BBQs and secure car parking.

Fully equipped with all you need for a self-contained apartment.

All with classic views to the north, south east and west.

It’s on the beach so knowing our grandkids don’t have to cross road to walk on the sand or swim in the ocean is great.

Close to shops, restaurants and transport.

Been twice this year and booked for a further two more stays this year.

Beautiful views all around

Just came back a few days ago and it was worth every cent. Amber was so helpful and can book any tours you need at a discount price. The amenities are great as there is a pool, spa and a special walkthrough to the beach.You are about 15 minutes walk either way to shopping centre and 5 minutes walk or less to tram and bus service. Fantastic service as soon as you walk in. Would recommend to anyone.

Awesome stay!

Couldn’t get much closer to the beach! Beautiful rooms, clean, bright, amazing views!! The lovely lady on the front desk was helpful and informative about the accommodation and local area. We stayed last year and have booked again already for 2019.

Prime location, a gem of a place!!!

We have recently stayed in this location for ten days.
We were blown away by the gorgeously styled apartment and the breathtaking views from our ground floor location. We had the most stunning views imaginable! Our room had every amenity possible and was beautifully clean and in immaculate condition.
The service was next level and Amber, the manager, went above and beyond for the duration of our stay recommending places to see, places to eat and even opening the door to our apartment when I had my hands full with a sleepy toddler! She was so warm and lovely I’m sure anyone staying here would feel welcomed.
We hope to come visit here every year as we are frequent Gold Coast visitors and this if by far the best location of the seven other locations and accommodations we have stayed at across Surfers.

I would go as far to say, for the price, it is the best accommodation in Australia!

Just came back from a week in the beachfront viscount. The second time i have stayed and just cant recommend it highly enough!! It is spotlessly clean, even the garage floors look like they get vacuumed every day!The yards and pool are immaculate as are the common areas and the rooms! It is a perfect location, close to the mall,supermarket and shopping but far enough away to be quiet at night.The manager Amber cant do enough for you!!! Thanks for a super holiday!!

Beachfront Viscount is absolutely ocean front with no roads to cross. We had a South East facing apartment with views all the way to Coolangatta. We were lucky to mingle on the beach with the Argentinian Rugby Team and Canadian Triathlon Team, who were in the same area at the time. Since our last visit, new lifts have been installed and our apartment was nicely furnished.
The manager, Amber was both friendly and efficient. Whale watching was an unexpected bonus. Hard not to like.

Been staying here most years since 1996 and absolutely love it. The fact that the kids didn’t have to cross roads to go to the beach… the swimming pool, secure car park, sauna, spa and BBQs….. Awesome! Has everything… shops next corner and great meals at the Broadbeach Bulls Bowling Club and public transport is no hassle.

My husband and I just spent a week in unit 14, it was a lovely clean spacious apartment with magnificent views, we absolutely loved it, great location. The manager Amber is lovely, very friendly and helpful, couldn’t ask for more, we will definitely stay here again. Thank you Amber.

I spent 4 days at this beautiful accommodation. It was the most relaxing spot to stay right in the middle of a bustling metropolis, early morning walks and swims and a pristine pool with very very welcoming apartments and an even more welcoming host, Amber. I can’t wait to go back for another visit!!!!!

I have been to Viscount a number of times and have enjoyed every stay. It is close enough to walk to both Surfers and Broadbeach. I loved going to sleep to the sound of the waves instead of traffic and noise. The rooftop spa was pretty good, too. Sadly I haven’t been to the Gold Coast for a number of years but if I do get to go again Viscount is where I will stay.

Wonderful stay!

We stayed in unit 9 for a week and loved it. The location is amazing and the unit very spacious and comfortable. The manager is super helpful too. There is so much to do on the gold coast, and the Beachfront Viscount is s great place to hang out and relax in between adventures. We wished we could have stayed longer.

We loved our stay at Viscount Beachfront. We stayed in Unit 9 on level 2 which was a 3 bedroom Superior Unit and it was fantastic. You couldn’t get any closer to the beach, its amazing. Spectacular views with very friendly helpful Manager. The location is perfect, a 15 minute walk into Broadbeach and a 20 minute walk into Surfers. We have stayed in a lot of places in Broadbeach and this one would have to be my favourite, we will definitely be back.

We have stayed a couple of times at this property and it is always wonderful. clean and neat units. Spectacular views and a general feeling of relaxation. Booking and check in are so easy with the wonderfully helpful Managers. Great for families and couples. The location is perfect, walking distance to so many areas. It is a true holiday when you can park the car and not use it for a few days.
